What are the advantages of restoring concrete?
Answer: Restoring concrete has a lot of advantages over replacements. One of the problems with replacing concrete is the disruption that it causes – dust, heavy machinery, extended down time, etc. A restoration’s normal length of a project is much shorter because there is no heavy equipment causing a mess. It basically consists of roping off areas and doing each area in phases to minimize downtime.
Restorations also tend to be much less expensive. Obviously, if you can restore a sidewalk or whatever it may be, you’re not starting from scratch so you’re utilizing what’s there and turning it into a final product.
