SITUATION:
The concrete split face wall on the side of the building was faded and had efflorescence staining throughout, particularly on the bottom half of the wall. This section was originally dark gray in color so the white salt of the efflorescence was very visible – and unsightly.

SOLUTION:
First, the walls were inspected by a trained Simon Surfaces technician to note any cracks, moisture infiltration, etc. so that necessary repairs could be determined. Then, the customer provided the original color spec, which we color-matched in our manufacturing facility. The surface was then prepped by taping off all appropriate sections and doors. Finally, the wall was primed and two coats of the color-matched Wite Brite Colors Waterproof Wall Paint were applied. The finished result was a wall that looked like new and coated in our waterproof wall paint.
